Encouraged by his father, a contractor who recognized the wealth-building potential of real estate, Jared earned his real estate license early in his career. Initially balancing both hospitality and real estate, he eventually made the transition to focus solely on real estate, bringing with him a systems-oriented mindset and a robust operational foundation.

In his previous roles, Jared consistently identified inefficiencies and implemented processes to enhance staffing, scheduling, and workflow. These principles now guide his real estate practice, where he views real estate as a business that thrives on structure, data, and execution. After a broker change in 2016, he further refined his approach through strong mentorship, embracing the philosophy that intentional business management is crucial in a competitive market.
